Office Assistant

Basics:

  • Heavy Customer service skills (answering and making calls)
  • Scheduling jobs with customers and crew (inputting daily/weekly notes per job)
  • Organization skills (scanning/uploading docs, labeling photos etc)
  • Use of Alacnet software to track/handle and maintain claims (will train)
  • Starting salary 40k
