I would give 10 starts if I could! I had a sewage back up in my place of business as I was almost packed up and ready to move and most of my things were in boxes that received water damage. I was in a state of panic when Joe arrived with his crew at 8pm on a Saturday evening. Joe's professionalism and knowledge and fast response to this horrible disaster kept me from having a major melt down! He's crew worked so quickly with the clean up that we were able to really salvage most of my belongings. Thank you so much for your expertise and hard work for a really bad crisis in my life! Our neighbor's house caught on fire and destroyed our house on Oct 27th 2019. Danny's team helped us from day 1 and guided through out the difficult time. It was not easy dealing with insurance. Danny stepped in and worked with insurance adjustor and expedited the claim process. Repair work was finished within 6 weeks as promised and was very responsive , helpful through the process. Now we have fully renovated home which looks brand new. Danny - Really appreciate all your help. You take full pride of your work which is very hard to find now a days. My family is thankful to you for all your hard work, dedication and responsiveness and we will definitely recommend Service Master by Marano to our friends/family. Keep up the good work. My hot water heater burst in my finished basement on 12/23/19. I spoke to my insurance company at 9:00am and Joe Menawi from Service Master by Marano was at my house by 10:00am. His team arrive shortly there after. They pulled up and removed the carpets, finished the flood cuts and had the fans and dehumidifiers up and running by 5:00. Service Master adjuster came out on 12/24. Service Master worked directly with my insurance company and handled all of the contracting - walls, carpeting etc. for me. Made my life significantly easier. In addition Joe stopped by through each step of the completion. He and his team were a pleasure to work with.

Me mandaron a dominic y a su ayudantes para sacar agua que salio de mi tuberia en el sotano. lo acieron bien hecho y una manera bien effectiva . el primer dia que paso todo, era un desastre en casa y despues que cabaron fue como si nada viera pasado.
